FAQ
What is LopeBase?
An admin panel for people running more than one small SaaS product. It pulls from the tools each product already uses, shows them side by side, and lets you act on a user, a charge, or a post without opening another dashboard.
Does LopeBase need access to my database?
No. Your own product connects through a small admin adapter that you host. LopeBase calls that adapter over HTTPS with a token you control. It never holds a database connection to your product.
Which tools can I connect?
PostHog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Sentry, Stripe, Polar, the EmDash CMS, an AI provider or gateway, and your own product through its admin adapter.
How is it priced?
By how many products you connect and how many operators you add. Free covers one product and one operator. Studio is $29 a month for up to 3, Portfolio is $99 a month for up to 10, and Agency is $299 a month with no limit.
Is it a replacement for PostHog or Stripe?
No. Keep them. LopeBase reads from them. You still go to Stripe for Stripe things, just a lot less often.
